Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrivyLogic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

PrivyLogic is a professional intelligence platform for business and research use. You may use PrivyLogic only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The platform may not be used to facilitate harassment, spam, or any unlawful targeting of individuals or companies.

Data and Intellectual Property

PrivyLogic aggregates data from public and licensed sources. The compiled dataset, platform software, and underlying models are owned by PrivyLogic. Saved lists, custom tags, and notes you create within the platform are yours. We will not share your saved data with other users or third parties without your consent.

Accuracy of Data

Private company data is inherently incomplete and may contain errors or outdated information. PrivyLogic makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any data accessed through the platform. All data should be independently verified before use in investment decisions or client communications.

Limitations of Liability

PrivyLogic is provided "as is." We are not responsible for decisions made based on platform data or outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the platform or by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
